Sabrina joined RDAC in June 2019 and serves as RDAC’s data architect. With 10+ years of experience in research data, she supports DGHI’s extensive primary data collection activities by architecting data collection and management systems, consulting with researchers on data-related questions, and creating resources covering global health research data topics. Sabrina is available to assist researchers with needs including but not limited to: planning for the data lifecycle, designing data collection tools, file/folder management, data quality, data documentation, reproducible code, and data sharing. Her areas of expertise include: cloud databases, metadata and clinical data standards, data interoperability, systems design, instrument design, and distributed data ecosystems.

Before joining DGHI, she was a health economics researcher in Duke’s economics department focused on behavioral and child health. In addition to her time in research, Sabrina has worked in strategy, market research, and curriculum development for a start-up in higher education.
