Victor Otani, MD, MSc, PhD, is a psychiatrist, professor, and researcher with expertise in mental health, medical education, and innovation in healthcare. He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the GEMINI Research Center at Duke University, Vice-Dean for Lato Sensu Postgraduate Studies at FCMSCSP, Director of Innovation, Technology, and Technology Transfer at the Science and Technology Institute (ICT–FAVC), and CEO of Infinity Doctors Education.
